There you should definitely be able to just outright delete the folder.I went back to Program files (C), where earlier it said could not uninstall Tweakbit bc it was running in another program which I could not find, found a file inside it TweakBit PC Repair, I think it was called, opened it, found the.exe file, right clickedon it and deleted it and voila', all gone. Very serendipitous. As long as it's gone and does not come back. My motto: if it works, do it.Thanks anyway.
